Cause he sucks? There's a reason why he isn't playing.A coach like Scott doesn't bench good players. In Europe Macijauskas got minutes because of his shooting ability but in the NBA it ain't enough,I suppose his defense is so bad.
J.R's defense is bad too so Scott can't have 2 defensive liabiltys on the floor for 30 minutes.

I think you're way off on this comparison. Sure, they can both shoot, but Peja is oversized for a small forward at 6'10" and Arvydas Macijauskas is undersized for a shooting guard at 6'4". He's going to have a harder time getting his shots off. Also, from what I've heard, he isn't a good defender. Scott is a defensive-minded coach, so he's not going to give a sub-par defender many minutes. The backcourt is also loaded, too. You have Chris Paul, Speedy Claxton, J.R. Smith, Desmond Mason, and Kirk Snyder all playing in the backcourt. That works against him. If Arvydas Macijauskas was truly similar to Peja, he will find a way to get minutes.
