just wondering. the sixers should should really bring in randolf morris. he's a good player and will be a great piece for our future. they should also bring in matt walsh and dwyane jones. seeing them on csn's sportrise and getting undrafted was really a sad sight, so the sixers should give em a chance.

Jones is going back to Saint Joseph's for his senior year, then he will probably come back to next years draft. The same thing goes for Morris, he can and probably will go back to college. I'm not sure what Walsh will do since he has already played his four years of college, and I'm not sure when you can start signing players. Someone told me you could start negotiating with players on July 1rst, and officially sign them on the 22nd.

That is true for free agent vets, but undrafted free agents are different because teams already have been inviting them in for the summer camps and such.

Jawad Williams is already with Golden State, I'm not sure on this dude:

Randolph, who will forgo his final year of college eligibility at Duke to play professional basketball, left Wednesday for Philadelphia, his father said. "Shav will be working out this summer with the Sixers," Kenny Randolph said. "He's very excited about the opportunity. In the last three or four weeks, he has worked as hard as I've ever seen him work. "Shav's passion and desire [have] reminded me of the old days, when we'd be working on rebounding in the gym at 1 in the morning."</div>

Randolph was the lackluster center for Duke last year. I'm pretty sure he was out with injury most of the time but he had really, really bad numbers. I was shocked when I heard he was entering the draft mostly because he was a junior last year and he had no shot at making it in the NBA.
