Im so sick of the apologists on here.

"hes still learning" "its nate" batum and rudy are gonna mistakes" bayless needs more time"
"roy needs to score early" "roys not 100%"

god i feel like mike barrett or wheels have been cloned to post in here. this is the exact reason kpee is getting fired. the team isnt progressing at a good pace. its just not improving at all. same old story vs good teams. its like half the board has 50 excuses ready everytime we lose a big game. this is why allens pissed. this group just isnt good enough as is. he knows kpee has taken us as far as hes gonna. kpee wont part with guys like bayless or rudy. guys that arent ever gonna help us win at the next level. we need a gm who brings in proven guys who arent the gms pets. at this point we know who can play and who cant.

thats the cold hard truth. sorry.

Saying the players aren't good enough and blaming KP is just making excuses. Keep crying Rudy.

They stop when we get bounced in the first round.

Shit, but let's be real, this team made the playoffs when that didn't look like much of a certainty in December, try to keep things in perspective.

Saying Nate isn't good enough is just an excuse too.

In our wins and losses, it's a team effort. If the coach didn't matter, they wouldn't have one. If the talent of players didn't matter, they wouldn't have GMs. If humans were robots and always played at the same level each night, they wouldn't even play the games.

Seriously, I agree. The excuses need to stop.

Next year, when we have Oden, we won't need excuses! ;)

hey listen, if you like being average, mediocre, and love 1st round nba playoff exits....

THIS IS THE PERFECT TEAM TO ROOT FOR.

I will tell you this, Kpee NEEDS a first round win to stay here. 100% needs it. And if by some chance the thunder advance and we dont.... kpee will likely be fired the minute the thunder advance. that would be beyond sobering for the ownership, front office, fans, and players. we are talking wake up call type with a marching band in your bedroom variety.

And by contrast, if you do not, you should find another team, right? May I offer a few bandwagony suggestions for you?

If the Blazers don't go 82-0 in the regular season, 16-0 in the playoffs, and win all their games by an average of 40 points, there will be some people on this board who will bitch about them and wallow in their own misery and try to drag the rest of us down with them.

Screw you all. I love the Blazers. I love the entertainment that they give me, win or lose. Of course I prefer winning, but even me, the biggest Blazer fan I know, knows they don't win EVERY damn game.

    Perspective + you = Fail.

I do love them. Builds character.

    Excellent.

So, do you like being average, mediocre, and love 1st round nba playoff exits? If not, why are you rooting for them?

Yes, I'm sure that's in the contract. "Get out of the first round before the Thunder (but only after the Seahawks)." It's a tough clause.

no they dont need to win every game... but at least be in the game with 4 minutes left vs elite teams.

Is there an excuse for using excuse instead of excuses? If so, I'm pretty tired of said excuse.

i actually played that song at the bar last weekend.

    anyway....

the reason kpee is under fire is games like last night... i know you all hate to hear that but its true. the blazers not beating elite teams on the road shows no progression and is a reflection of kpee. now go drink some kool aid and feel better. wheels at works starts soon.

On the jukebox, right? Since no bar would hire a loser like you to do anything except wash dishes.

Of course you did. You all play the same songs, every night, in every bar across America.

Don't hate on those middle-age bowling alley gatherings, Odd.
