All I've kept hearing for weeks is how weak this draft crop was and how players coming out this year benefited from it. Makes you wonder how good Blake Griffin really is. The best way to determine that is to think about where he'd rank in previous drafts. Contrast him with other prospects coming out in different draft years, and see how he stacks up with them. For example, In 2008 I'd have him slotted a bit lower... 1. Derrick Rose 2. OJ Mayo 3. Michael Beasley 4. Blake Griffin The important thing is to try and remember everyone's mindset before those drafts. Try to keep hindsight out of it.
