Ok with the upcoming super 14 season not too far away I was thinking of posting updates and previews and such, but only if there is genuine interest. If it turns out Im the only one reading these reports Id rather spend that time chasing women or watching strongbad cartoons.

If anyone has a soft spot for the highest standard Rugby Union comp, please register your interest here. If there are a few people I will do my best to keep every detail updated and try and write or link all of the match/injury reports.

I guess Ill soon find out if this venture is worthwhile...

I'd be interested, I've kind of drifted away from Super 14 but it could be interesting

I'm not sure I'd have much to contribute, but I'd definitely check out the info you post.

I don't follow international rugby that much unless we're talking about tri-nations or world cup (I mostly keep track of collegiate rugby when I play), but I'll follow and contribute.

I think people will be interested if these reports aren't biased and you should advertise on blogs. That's what I do and I get plenty of response, only from other forums.

Well cheers for the support... Ill be starting up in about 3-4 weeks. Ill be posting about the super 14 and occasionally the NRL.

I may follow M One Two's tip but as I work 50 hours a week I may struggle to find the time...

Ooh and by the way IT wont be biased, Im a huge Waikato fan but its not like I wear it as a badge of pride...

Are the Crusaders still really sick? Last time I decided to check Super 14 out I noticed that the best players All Blacks played for this side.

Yup. Carter / Brett at the 10 / 12 combination will be one of the best in the competition, losing All Black lock Chris Jack isn't such a big loss when you had another All Black lock in Ali Williams, and Richie McCaw is one of the very best in the world. They're strong at just about every position, well coached (Deans should've been All Black coach [IMG] ) and professional. They've been nicknamed the All Blacks with red stripes in the past [IMG]. They're weak at halfback though with Andy Ellis out.

I was on one the same team as a current Crusader at junior level, Kade Poki. He just made his debut against the Brumbies. Shorter, faster guy with incredible speed and elusiveness. He's not going to overpower many other wingers, but he'll definitely run around some given space.
