Who free agents, could be good for INDY?

    In my opinion, we would gladly sign someone like corey blount, marcus camby, and maybe J - crawford at the 2 if he not going to NYC like he's planning.
    What do you think?

    I like the thought of Jamal Crawford coming here but it doesn't look like Carlisle will want that very much. He already has a problem with Artest playing outside the offense and Crawford is TEN times worse than he is at playing outside the offense.

    I would like to see a competent shooting guard playing in place of Reggie Miller before the season starts. Kobe anyone?? [​IMG]

    Both are slightly talented players in their own rights but Carlisle will probably not want them in his system. He already has one player (Ron Artest) who breaks offensive plays on a regular basis, he doesn't need another.

    What about Etan Thomas? Do you think he could do you any good? I think Indy needs a big man who can bang it up in the middle..the only problem with Etan is that he shoots too much.

    I don't see a problem with that, because he is a preety good shooter for a big man, and that's something every team wants. he is a very agressive rebounder and decent shotblocker too, so he got dangerous arsenal.
    I would love seein him in INDY too.

    I don't think Thomas is much of an upgrade over Foster. They both provide good defense, just that Thomas is better offensively. How about Kurt Thomas? He did a good job as sixth man a few years back in New York and I think he can excel if Harrington is dealt.

    I would like to see dampier or nash. Nash would have to be in a sign and trade, but he's one of the top shooters in the league and he doesn't turn the ball over. Dampier would be great ben wallace type guy for the pacers, giving them some muscle down low. He would be a good mentor for harrison also.

    I've also heard that ray allen is on the trading block. How perfect a fit would he be. Replacing Miller with Allen [​IMG]
