My guess is Adams also but I really am hoping there is some sort of trade. I do not want to see Nix get any sort of regular playing time again. His is a utility player and that is all.

I would also guess Nix. Defensively I like the kid Lillibridge. But offensively you have to go with Nix.

Adams has just been sent down and Nix activated. Tweet said they expected Nix to step in and get the majority of the playing time at 3rd base. Please tell me there will be a trade for a regular 3rd baseman before Wed? I don't think I can go back to watching Nix play on an everyday basis again.

Barring a trade, Nix is Girardi's boy and Lillibridge can play all over the diamond, so I guess that makes sense. But it leaves Nunez as part time shortstop when Jeter DH's. If we are going to go for a playoff spot, they have to add a bat, if that bat can play 3B, then even better, I also assume the Grandy is right behind Nix which leaves only 2 automatic outs in the lineup if no trade is done. 3B and C are the holes. McCann Please.
