It's a tie between Kerry Eggers and Mrs HCP.

There's no best IMO, they are all pieces to a great puzzle. Voted for Holton though as the person I learn the most from. Him and Tone are the only two ex-pros.

    Bjarnson isn't an analyst, he's a host.

I'll go even a step further and say that the 2 "non Blazer employees" who's opinions you actually should listen to is Haynes and Freeman. They aren't even on this pole and I can tell you they are the only ones actually at EVERY game, talking to the players and getting scoops.

Seriously, I learn just as much from you and the rest of this forum as I do from any one of these guys. Canzano to me is way out of the loop and doesnt' know what he is talking about. Jaynes is old and cranky. Rice, Barrett, Harvey Wheels are too busy toeing the company line to get anything really good from them. Quick is busy producing a soap opera. And Holton refuses to go where maybe he should go.

The best NBA analysts are the guys on The Starters. They watch all the games. They love the game. They are very thorough in their research. They are who I turn to for all that is NBA. I even stopped watching PTI.

As far as the Blazers more specifically, the answer is This Board. You get the best analysis on this board despite all the cattiness.
