Who do you guys think it is, Bill Walton said Shaq last night, KG has 3(i think, correct me if im wrong) 20/20 games this year, i dont really think Duncan is making a case for it because his team is losing, Baron Davis is playing some of the best ball in the Nba, and what about Jermaine O'Neal, he has his team rolling over almost everyone...

Lets NOT be biased people, ok?

1. Kevin Garnett
2. Shaq
3. Baron Davis
4. Tim Duncan

Minor love going out to Peja Stojakovic and Jermaine O'Neal.

That is as of now, of course that can change, it will.

1. KG
2. Baron Davis
3. Allen Iverson
4. Shaq
5. Jermaine O'Neal

Where's AI on everybody's list?

#1 in ppg
#1 in steals per game
#1 in free throws
#1 in minutes played

And is carrying a bad Sixer team to the top of the division. Last 2 games he has hit key shots to seal the games for his team, and he loves to win more than anybody in the league.

Ranks #2 in steals per game
Ranks #1 in assists per game
Ranks #1 in 3pt field goals made

What more can you ask for at this point of the season

1. KG
2. Tim Duncan
3. Jermaine O'neal
4. Allen Iverson
5. Baron Davis

Iverson deserves some props, I don't think ya'll know what hes doin this season. He IS the reason why sixers are .500. Look at everything he is #1:
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Points Per Game(29.4)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Steals Per Game(2.95)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Minutes Per Game(43.7)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Minutes Played(873.0)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Field Goals Made(202.0)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Field Goal Attempts(502.0)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Free Throws(156.0)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Free Throw Attempts(205.0)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Points(588.0)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Field-Goal Attempts Per 48 Minutes(27.6)
Ranks #1 in the NBA in Steals(59.0)

Hes been playin with out Glenn Robinson... and he still don't get no props? This was the line up yesterday after Dalembert got in foul trouble:

PG: Eric Snow
SG: Allen Iverson
SF: Aaron Mckie
PF: Kyle Korver
C: John Salmons

Iverson is playin like a MVP, Baron can't even hit his free throws. Iverson is carrying his team with no help right now... he should be up for debate also, no reason why he shouldn't.

He shows more emotion for this game more than anyone else, look how tall he is and hes gettin these key shots to get the Sixers their wins. He gets to the line ALOT more than anyone else in the league, and he hits his free throws. He doesn't everything he can to get the Sixers the win... Sixers are top in their division, even if their record isn't for a #1 spot. They are still number 1...

That's a shocker.

I think those games he has every week where he goes 7-35 really hurts him. He has some players on that team.

They will play better, they will get healthy, but we have not seen the very best that Iverson can play on my opinion.

And no this is not a knock on the guy

Everyone else doesn't want to take the shot... is it his fault its an isolation play to him?

Who else does he have? Glenn Robinson isn't even playin. So just cuz hes takin shots his team needs he can't get MVP? Well thats how he got MVP before.

You said it yourself, we have not seen Iverson play at his best and he is still playin LIKE an MVP.

Iverson has to get his field goal % up but I respect his heart. but the best player in the east so far is baron Davis & KG in the West. Shaq is a contender because of his teams record. So shaq will be in the race all year & probably win the award at the ebd of the season.
