Here's the list of my complete fantasy team: S = Starting B = Benched ? = Need help on QB Tom Brady (S) QB Ben Roethlisberger ( WR Santana Moss (S) WR Anquan Boldin (S) WR Jimmy Smith (?) WR Reggie Brown (?) RB Stephen Davis (?) RB Corey Dillon (?) RB Samkon Gado (?) TE Tony Gonzalez (S) TE L.J Smith ( K Ryan Lindell (S) K Jay Feely ( DEF Baltimore (?) DEF Indianapolis (?) I'm starting Brady for sure but I need help with my RB, WR, and DEF. Here's the breakdown. WRs: Anquan Boldin is a sure starter and so is Santana Moss since he's going up against a team like San Francisco despite the lower expectations I've been having of him. Jimmy Smith hasn't proven to me yet ever since around Week 4. I'm thinking of either starting Reggie Brown, who is getting some action, but is going against a good team like Seattle or getting a FA pickup like Ernest Wilford (Who is getting more looks than Smith), Chris Henry (Who has 3 TD's in the last 4 games), or one of Atlantas WR's since Vick has become a two-headed monster. RBs: I'm leaning towards starting Corey Dillon like 75% because he is healing from injury and may start. But I don't know about the whole Samkon Gado thing. He fumbles at least once in a game and is going up against a Chicago defense. There's also Stephen Davis, now that he is a backup, he won't get that much touches but I can't turn down a guy who has 12 TDs. I either drop one of my players and get DeShaun Foster (The new starting guy) and play it safe, get some of the timeshare folks like Chester Taylor and Ricky Williams or Greg Jones (If Fred Taylor is out). DEF: Both of these teams have a good matchup this week. Indy is playing Tennessee and Baltimore is playing Houston. It's either the consistant undefeated defense or the team that goes up against "Sack King Carr". Thanks for your opinions.
Pickup Greg Jones(He's starting this week) for now and start him and Dillion. If Dillion plays. Stick with Smith as Brown is a rookie and Philly is going no where right now. Indy against Tennessee is a great matchup this week. Gado is going against the top defense in football and like you said he's good for a fumble a game. Stay away from him.
Well, here's how my game went. QB Ben Roethlisberger 19 WR Santana Moss 4 WR Anquan Boldin 13 WR Jimmy Smith 8 RB DeShaun Foster 20 RB Corey Dillon 9 TE Tony Gonzalez 7 K Jay Feely 5 DEF Indianapolis 19 Total 104 I made a gametime decision to get DeShaun Foster over Stephen Davis and started Big Ben, Jay Feely, and Indianapolis. It was one of my best games since week 1. I am now 6-7 and have to win to make it to the playoffs.
