Will it be Tenn,Denver, or baltimore???? The team I want to see is baltimore because I don't feel they can score on us. They will not be able to throw on us and I don't care about 2,000 yard rusher jamal lewis because our run defense has been great all season long. The baltimore defense has been strong as well but I just think they lack the offensive fire power to beat any of the teams in the AFC. Who do I think we will play and don't want to see is Denver. I think Plummer is the type of QB that can make things happen though I believe belichick would be able to confuse him into a couple turnovers. Also clinton portis is such a big play guy that it only takes one mistake and he is gone, thats if healthy enough to be effective. Plus it seems that denever has had our number for sometime now. I'm just glad that KC will have to face the tougher opponent in their first playoff game and will have to knock off Indy, Tenn or maybe baltimore. in best case Indy beats denver then KC and Indy beat each other up and Baltimore upsets the titans and has to come into new england and hope to cross our 50 yard line never mind score. Then I'll like our chances no matter who it is in the AFC championship. I'm not sure who I would rather but I fell like no matter what happens KC and the Pats will meet in the AFC championship because I don't see either team losing at home. But as we know anything can happen. Lets hope for the best pats and a chance to win another superbowl.
I see Denver beating Indy in a closer game than 2 wks ago then traveling to Foxboro & getting thumped. Tennessee ends up going into Arrowhead & beating KC after McNair & the Titans D overwhelm Baltimore. Gazing further into my crystal ball, I see the Pats shutting down TN in the AFC title game in a defensive struggle 13-10. New England then plays......? for all the marbles To be continued
I like the way tha sounds BA but all this talk of the Pats going to the superbowl is a curse. Grr lets go back to the no respect days or drum up some 2 pro bowlers talk so the players think they are being dissed. How is pittsburg feeling about giving Vrabel away. The guy has had a breakout year. 9 1/2 sacks and he missed 3 games.
Out of the three none of them really scare me nor is there one I strongly prefer to play as they are all very good teams. Baltimores great D and Jamal running the ball but weak at the QB position. Denver has a great running game, I think one of the cheerleaders could suit up and gain 1000 yards over the course of the season. I think Denver would scare me the most if Ian Gold and John Molbley were healthy. Also if we were to play them this time its Plummer and not Danny. Then when it comes to the titans all there is to talk about is Steve (FRAGILE) Mcnair. Yes hes a beast when it comes through playing through injurys but to me it seems like hes injured every year. Everyone likes to point out he does more with less. But what about Billy Volek putting up 28 points on the Bills and Neil O'donnel putting up 33 points on the Bucs. Sooner or later we're gonna need to start talking about Mason, Bennet, Calico and McCarins as some quality WR's. Eddie George isnt too bad either but he appears to be slowing these past few years. Theres no doubt Mcnair is one of the top QB's in this league but I'm just not so sure hes MVP worthy. When the playoffs come this weekend I'll be rooting for Baltimore to lose because we have there draft pick. In the other game I wouldnt mind seeing denver win but I think the colts find a way to pull this one out. As for the Vrabel comment, he has def. had a great year. But if he stayed with Pitt I'm not so sure he would have ever got a chance to prove himself behind Gildon and Porter.
Glenso, I have to disagree about McNair not being an MVP candidate. The guy is a warrior and probably the second best QB in the league. He may be a cripple but thats cus he is making all the plays while eddie george gets his 18-20 touches for 70 yards. His TD:INT ratio is over 3:1 and he has the ability to drive a team any distance in the last minute regardless of what has gone on in the game (kinda like Brady). I'm not sure he is this years MVP but trust me if Volek was the QB for an extended period of time they would not be putting up 20 nevermind 28 regularly. I do agree though the the receivers deserve the credit as well. McCareins has came into his own, Mason stayed healthy,Calico made some plays for a rookie, and bennet was affective when healthy as well. They kind of remind me of our young receivers that are startting to make a name for themselves as well (Branch, Bethal, and Givins).
Okay. I was wrong. Indy shallacked Denver. IMO, Tennessee and the Broncos were the two teams that have or had as the case may be of beating New England at home. Revised predicition; The Pats will beat Indy for the AFC Crown and hopefully go on to play Carolina or Philly.
I will predict it now tenn vs new england and indy vs kc lol. Tell ya the afc matchups for this weekend has more spice to it then the nfc.
Hey guys I'm back from my coma. Man was I sick after New Years. I think I caught the Ebola virus or something. Those playoff games were awesome and I'll be intrested to see if Eddie George and McNair can play a full game on the frozen field at Gillete. I like our chances McNair's mobility is what killed us last year when we played them in Tenn and we controlled it enough when we played them earlier this year so we should be able to contain him. As for Eddie george he is nothing and will be lucky to get 80 yards on us. There receivers are pretty good and make some plays but I think we are deep enough at corner to be able to shut them down. I hear ya Pats, I was sick for almost a week and I worked through the worst 2-3 days. It was a nightmare. I'm still sniffling and not 100% and it's been 11 days since it first came on. It's been one heck of a flu season.

The key to this game, if you ask me, is the defenses. Both teams play outstanding defense. The offense that cracks the defense first will most likely win the game. I think New England will probably win, but I like the Titans chances.
