It looks like Manning will set the record either this week or next, who will catch the record breaker?
Bitterly jealous?... of what exactly? I'm in no way jealous, I just dont give a shit. But I suppose if not really caring or giving much thought to Peyton Mannings little record makes me jealous then ok guess I'm guilty, ya caught me!

I didnt judge him, I just stated how it sounds when someone belittles a major accomplishment by calling it his "Little" record
Oh a 7 year old!! Well BF1 that still puts me at an older age than you. I dont think that makes me come off as an asshole at all, he said its bitterly jealous, I said its not jealousy now because I put a bit of sarcasm in there I all of a sudden come across as an asshole, well so be it then I wont argue that point any further, but for the record BF1's posts are full of sarcasm half the time, does that mean he's an asshole as well?

Not denying it. Now if you just accept that you are an asshole, vick sux at throwing the ball, and manning is having the best season of any QB in NFL history you will be ready to move foward.
OK then I'm an asshole I admitted it and I accept it. Vick doesnt suck at throwing the ball. I never said Manning wasnt having the best season or that he hasnt accomplished a lot. However his making of history and the record he is chasing doesnt happen to be the highlight of my weeks, sorry but it isnt. Good for him and the team but I'm really not that interested. Look at that 2 assholes cant even get along, even though we actually have something in common, I've never disagreed with someone this much.

If the poll was do you think msnning is the greatest ever and you made that post it is different situation. NOTE: there is nothing wrong with being jealous and bitter, i know i will be if say the eagles win the super bowl(not if they lose NFC title game, which the almost certainly will)

Geez - what happened to the fun in breaking records???? To protect myself, let me profess that I am a big Walter Payton fan. If I had to choose a running back for my team, and had a choice between Payton and Emmitt Smith, I would choose Sweetness. Moving on?.I don?t understand what the hatred is for breaking records. Emmitt Smith broke Payton?s rushing record. Yes, he did it with a great offensive line for a good chunk of his career. But he still avoided injuries and ran for more yards than anyone else. The 1992-1996 Dallas Cowboys aren?t the only team in history with a great offensive line. Instead, I sat and listened to everyone hate Emmitt and bash him as an inferior back that was selfishly still playing only because he was going for the record. In case anyone didn?t notice, he is still playing two years later on pace to break 1,000 yards and 10 TDs. (Yes, I know he is below average now on a bad team.) I don?t understand why it is so selfish for Manning to throw for all these TD passes. I think you score however you can. Obviously it is working for the Colts for the most part. If Manning is selfish, is McNabb? Maybe so. Maybe since a majority of their games have been won way ahead of time, he is specifically throwing to TO just for his own pleasure of seeing Andy Reid in a tutu or whatever it is. TO needs 15 TDs. He has 14. The other wide receivers have only 1 combined. Hmm. Maybe Vick is selfish. Maybe he wants to be the leading rusher and leading passer of his team. He is close. Maybe Testerverde is selfish. Maybe he leads the team down the field all the way, throws a pick deep in the opponents territory just so they can run it back and he can get on the field quickly again? OK, I threw the last one out there to show that I don?t think any of them are selfish. If Manning audibled three straight times to call his own number on a QB draw from the 5 yard line, I would say he is selfish. He doesn?t have the mobility to pull off something that stupid (although it should catch the defense off-guard?it would me). But as good as things are clicking for the Colts offense, its hard to argue with the results. I also don?t feel bad for Edgerrin James. 1,464 yards rushing so far with 9 TDs ? not to mention the fact that he has caught 46 balls for another 442 yards. On pace for 2,200 total yards doesn?t sound like a guy that?s necessarily being neglected.
