for Dion Jordan, Michael Clay and Kiko Alonso next year? These are huge fills!!!? These are the positions I think we most need to recruit! LB's and DLine!

For Dion it's gonna be Buckner and AA. For Clay and Alonso, no clue

it's pretty rare for true Freshman to start, so most likely those spots are filled by guys already on the roster. I'm going to guess French at the Drop End spot, & Malone and Bafaro at the two LB spots.

Of course they'll need to get new blood in the system to take over down the line, but again, most Freshman Redshirt and very few start

Kiko wasn't even really a difference maker until the end of last season. It's Clay that is the heart and soul of our defense, and that can't just be filled by talent. That's something that comes from personality and character. Is there someone on the team like that?

I'm not totally sold on French! AA and Buckner look a tad to slow for Dion's slot so I'm hoping for another option.

As for new team leaders next year I see Lokombo and Jackson taking over very nicely on defense!

You don't replace a Dion Jordan. The guy is an athletic freak. He's a little bit like Clowney, but not nearly as dominant.

I would love to see Colt get a crack at Dions spot for just one game next year! I say those too are very similar with a slight edge to Colt on physical!

He doesn't want it. Colt came to Oregon, in part, because he wanted to play offense. USC wanted him to play LB. He doesn't want to play defense.

could be Washington or Carriger or hell, Baylis or Brown might switch sides of the ball. For the three spots, all the guys I listed are WAGs & I wouldn't be surprised if I went 0-3... okay, I do think Malone will get Clay's spot as he did well in MC's absence

clone Colt and start his offspring everywhere but CB, TZR & QB... pretty sure UO wins a couple games

I'd like to see Jordan line up at tight end!
