just a quick poll to see who you think will win the 4 semi-final matchs up on tonight.

Like the UFC, you can text your pick to 1-888-gimmesome-money ;)

I'm not sure who text's the UFC with their fight picks. Why bother?

Bader probably takes this one by avoiding take downs.

This might've been the worst fight of the season.

That really was the worst fight of the season, there was nothing interesting or good about that fight, other than Mir's commentary from ringside. That said, can't say that it wasn't good strategy by Bader. If you just take them down and lay on them for three rounds, it definately scores points, and he did win the fight. I don't know how he's going to do against Vinnie though, has that Sanchez/Koscheck feel from season 1, where Bader is great wrestling like Kos and Vinnie has sick BJJ like Koscheck. Should be an interesting fight, Bader definately won't be able to just lay on him.

bah winning fights via takedowns where you do nothing is a flaw in judging IMO.
Still it's up to the guy on his back to do something or stall it and get it stood up.

You could tell Dana was uber-impressed at the thought of another wrestler with little else being in the UFC.

Ryan Bader is only 24. He already has solid wrestling, another 2-3 years of solid training he can be really good. I have high hopes for him. Same thing with Vinny, he probably already has the best ju jit su in the 205 weight class, another 2-3 years of training stand up he could be really good.
