I choose these guys because I believe they are the next great SG's in the league. You could argue they are great now but to me they aren't there yet, close though.

If you could put LBJ alongside one of these players, who would you pair him up with?

Its close between Roy and K-Mart. They're both great shooters/scorers who can take a lot of pressure off LeBron. I go Roy because I think he's a more willing passer, and wouldn't get in James's way or anything.

Well there is the flaw in your choices. Gay and Roy don't look like second fiddles, so with them as choices, they'll get picked over Iggy.

But the thread is about Scottie Pippen, a top 50 player and Hall-of-Famer.

Certainly they qualify as a "second fiddle" in that context.

Hadda go with Roy. He's the best player among all those guys.

I thought of Iggy immediately after reading the thread title, but I voted for Roy. That would be a lethal combination.

    Here are some others --

    Josh Smith
    Danny Granger
    Gerald Wallace
    Caron Butler
    Tayshaun Prince

All of these guys play great defense, are excellent playmakers and can score.
