Marbury“? What the hell is he doing in there? That's disgusting.

I think it's still to early too tell. Handcuffs are barely off.

Yeah, he's exactly like the best and worst point guards in the league. [IMG]

Except for the fact that he's not as overrated as Parker, he's a much better shooter, and he's a waaay better defender.

Of course, not to say he's better overall than Parker. Right now, Parker is better. He's smarter, makes better decisions, and is a little better at getting into the lane and finishing around the basket. But, in the future, he will definitely be better than Parker.

    True.

There are many, many other reasons he sucks.

What is with the fascination of focusing so much on "who" a player is going to be like?

Lets try not to take things too far. I'm asking why you want to talk about Devin's potential only in terms of what other players have previously done

Marbury sucks now, but he was a 20 and 9 guy in his prime. A lot of great pgs haven't done that, he could really play. Of course, it's not all about the numbers though.

Harris is a little like Parker, but he's got his own style too, which is good. I think of him like Kerry Kittles, only with better handles and passing ability.

Teams have better success after Marbury leaves them. There is a tremendous difference between being an individual talent and being able to be an effective PG on an NBA team.
