Who's better than Kobe Bryant? Right now, nobody. Bryant scored 51 points in 31 minutes as L.A. won 113-102 Wednesday in Denver. During the Lakers' seven-game winning streak, Kobe is averaging 42 points on 51 percent shooting. He he,Kobe will soon lead the league in scoring and then you guys(T Mac fans) won't have any excuse. Kobe will be better in scoring, assists and rebounds
<font color="darkred">Of course no one is better than him right now, but I am pretty sure he won't end up with the scoring title at the end of the season.</font>
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "truemaster14":</div><div class="quote_post">t-mac can do the same thing but hes not a stat stuffer like kobe.</div> A stat stuffer? surely if you think kobe is..then mcgrady has to be too.He may well take the same amount of shots as kobe...but he doesn't seem to get his team-mates involved as he should do.I doubt mcgrady will pull off anything close to what kobe has done.He is Just amazing right now.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "truemaster14":</div><div class="quote_post">hahaha well see tonight wont we when t-mac lights up the pistons for 40 points.</div> There is a first for anything....i guess his 40 points won't mean anything unless he makes his other team-mates at least compete.
He can get all the stats he wants. The Pistons will get the only stat that matters: a notch in the win column. They have a complete team, with everyone working for a common goal.
Add twenty points from Pat Garrity and Darell Armstrong and we'll see who'll be laughing tonight!! Well, i can but dream :?

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "truemaster14":</div><div class="quote_post">t-mac can do the same thing but hes not a stat stuffer like kobe.</div> If Kobe was a stat stuffer he would have played the 4th quarter and gone for 65+ I don't think Phil Jackson would stand for any player who put his personal stats ahead of the team. PJ has a short leash on all his players, the only stat LA wants to stuff is the W's!
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "truemaster14":</div><div class="quote_post">are you crazy i will put money on kobe asking phil to let him play.</div> Kobe is not that kind of player...he wants to win and will do anything to get W's.Phil Jackson was the one who told him to score more points to help the team that would get more wins and he has done that .He does what is asked of him...he doesn't care about getting the most points if you ever see him in interviews or speak to him he is all about winning rather than getting 30 a game..mcgrady he is very good yes but certainly likes to have the stats more so as he knows he has nothing else on the team so he does it all himself. He needs to trust his team-mates more like kobe had to do when shaq was out.
numbers arent everything. there are several players right now more valueble to their respective teams than kobe and prbably better all aorund basketball players too. Garnett Kidd Pierce Duncan Nowitzki etc.
