Is it Michael Jordan who floats in the air with one hand and switches it to the other? Is it Vince Carter, who used to be able to dunk the ball over, around, or throough any situation? Is it Dominque Wilkens, who threw those windmills down like he was thrownin rocks down a will! Is it Shaq, who literally broke a net down? Who is the best dunker? For me it has to be Vince Carter, he has so many dunks that are ranked in the top 50 dunks of alltime its not even funny.
Gotta go with MJ,on this.He did things with a passion.anything he did with a Ball he did it with passion,dunking,free throwing,3-Pointers,etc MJ had a style with his dunks,Carter is good in the Dunk department,but in my opinion MJ is #1!
Shouldn't this be in the out of bounds section? anyways, I'd say Vince no doubt, but he hasn't dunked as often in the last three years so I'll give the honour to MJ or Dominique. It's a close one but MJ gets the nod.
The best display in a dunk contest has to be Vince Carter. However, overall (this includes all games and contests), it has to be Michael Jordan. There's a reason everyone called him "Air" Jordan...and Air Canada isn't far behind, but isn't close either.

its a close call to MJ and carter. MJ had the originality but viinsanity is the best leaper and dunker of all time. when i saw 2000 dunk contest i almost lost my eyes i stared at the 360 windmill so much

i think vinces dunks are the most amazing so for, but i think lebron jumps pretty damn high and you'll see him in some future dunk highlights. Also, another crazy dunker is helicopter from team And 1. he does some unbelievable dunks too.
the best dunker of all time is vince. he is very creative i mean how many people would of thought of putting their arm in the rim? dr.j had the smoothness, mj had the creativity, nique had the power and vince just had all of them in one. he even makes some of the dunks look too easy like his 360 is just effortless. the best dunker inch for inch though is spudd webb for sure. the best game/in traffic dunker is MJ, nique and kemp. jordan has no fear and intimidates people, dominique gets too high up too block and kemp is just too strong to get in the way of.
Best display in the DC is def. J-Rich. He smoked Vince. Sorry, but he destroyed the 02, 03, and 04 DC, except that he messed up in the 04 one and lost to Fred Jones?? LOL. Best ever dunker is a tie for me. MJ and Nique both had their share of sick dunks. My favorite in-game dunker is Kobe though. He has the sickest in game dunks.
Vince Carter is the best dunker of all-time by a fairly large margin. No one has been as creative, powerful, smooth, finesse, nasty, and dominant as Vince in terms of dunking.
