It is quite obvious that our big guns (ie. Yao and TMac) do not really possess any leadership qualities. So who do you guys think is our team leader or, who do oyu think SHOULD be our team leader. I think that Bob Sura kind of our team leader at the moment. I think he should step up to the role abit more. He's experienced and brings alot of hustle to our team, not to mention he is a real fighter. He;s also our floor general but I'm not sure how vocal he is though. I he a vocal guy anyone? What do you guys think?
A couple of times ive seen T-Mac acting like a leader. McGrady would let his teamates know what they did wrong. Like when he would yap at Mutombo. But right now I do think its Bob Sura. Just the way he plays. Hes always aggressive and never takes any crap from opposing players. But when we need a cluch bucket in the 4th, its obviously T-Mac.
Right now, I think the team leader is Bob Sura. For various reasons really, but I think he has a fighting spirit, aggressive, hustles on plays, and seems to toughen up our team a bit. Plus, whenever the team is down, he would go and pull of a spectacular play to get the team riled up- or just comfort team members and so on. There aren't really that much players like that on our team besides McGrady. The only problem I really have with Sura is that he doesn't really get players involved. Sometimes he just tries to do too much himself and it ends up hurting the team. Other than that though, he is a solid team leader for us.
