we pretty much know the trump administration has told states and hospitals they are on their own. then why the fuck are the Feds and FEMA stepping in and stealing supplies that states and hospitals have found on the open market? If the Feds are 'out' of the process, why are they interfering? worse...what are they doing with the supplies?
