Why do we suck? We cant blame injuries anymore. We are playing horrible basketball. We havent even made the last couple games competitive. We cant beat teams beat teams we are suppose to beat and we have been getting blown out by playoff teams. What is going on? We have one of the worst records going back to Ariza going down. If we dont start winning we are looking sitting home for the playoffs and giving up our draft pick to the Pistons... Why us God???
You have a very young team. There are things that go into winning beyond sheer talent, and those things are gained with experience and maturity.
Like durvasa said, there isn't a leader on this team other than Grant Hill, who himself spends more time off the court than on the court. The rest of the guys have the mentality of high schoolers and play like high schoolers.
Youth and inexperience are what the downfall of this team is. They've got little leadership outside of Grant Hill, which isn't helpful. Inconsistency has also killed you guys, but that's really due to the lack of leadership and the youth of the team.
