at halftime of the car-az game, coach fox apparently lit into the team for playing poorly...they came back from 7 down to win...last season, at halftime of the car-sf game, fox again lit into the team for playing poorly...they came back from 17 down to win, and also almost made the playoffs...these aren't the only times that fox has lit into the team and they play better...my question is, why wait til week 5...just call them sissies and girlie-men on opening weekend and watch an undefeated season take shape but honestly, why does he have to do this every season...these guys took new england to the wire in the super bowl...they should know how to stay motivated...
He has to get fired up before he can eat their heads off and by trailing he is able to accomplish this. A good coach should be on his players asses, in a good way, all the time!
and then the panther went 6-2 after that. Hopefully we will repeat the 2nd half success like we had last year. It start next week with the Lions. The panthers have a good shot at beating them. The good news is the Charles Rodgers is out, so we really only have to go up against one great reciever and one reciever with talent but not enough experience
