Because Shaun Livingston is the future. He has potential to be a real star, and he has been doing an excellent job with the starters. The Clippers have been playing well with him in the starting lineup as well, so I don't see a problem. Cassell doesn't have a problem with it, he supports Shaun and he continues to help him out every day. Get used to seeing Shaun Livingston in the Clippers starting lineup, it will be that way in the future for a long time.
ok- I was unsure as Cassell had been starting early in the year. I think its a bit of a waste as Sam I Am still has a lot to offer. but pft who really cares I was just curious.
The Clippers are playing great basketball with Livingston in the lineup.I witnessed this when LA played the Magic. Cassell looked comfortable comming off the bench. He dropped 13 points and 9 assists off the bench in only 22 minutes. Livingston and Cassell could be one of the best PG combos in the league..................... after Jameer Nelson and Carlos Arroyo
13/8, 14/8 16/10 in his last 3 games, his shooting percentages are high as well. This guy is completely off the radar and in Los Angeles that won't last long.
