16 and 17 with 2 blocks today off the bench against Dalembert and Webber.

I have been wondering the same thing. Maybe Popavich thinks he will be better off the bench.

I suppose that's the likely reason, but you've got such a good second unit already.

Anyway, hope he comes into the starting lineup next game. Certainly deserves to.

Yeah, he had like, 12 points of offensive rebounds against Indiana.

Because the Spurs are great enough of a team to let Nesterovic start.. I think they're trying to showcase Rasho in hopes of some1 willing to take him and his contract off their hands..

as much as i think nazr is better than nesterovic...i think it's better for nazr to be the energy guy off the bench

why? well..nazr started before, and he usually does well for like 10 games, then he become invisible

might be a mental kind of thing...get full of himself maybe?

therefore, putting him on bench but let him play close to starter's minute might be the best thing for nazr for now[IMG]

exactly, but they arent doing that. Sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. Rasho has played better this year (that isn't saying much), but Nazr is an offensive rebounding machine. He should be playing 30+ minutes every game. I dont care who they start, but Timmy, Parker, Manu, Nazr and either Bowen or Finley should all be playing when it counts.
