stephen jackson was the third scoring option on the spurs last season and we're not keeping him?
i know he was a liability on turnovers but i think he's better than mercer and more athletic than turkaglu
i know that the spurs didnt negotiate with him till after they talked with kidd and nesterovich but he should have taken the money the spurs offered him.... he would be a fool not to be on the same team as timmy and the spurs are accountable for not offering enough money....they have like 16 million to work with for next summer

Sjax was offered...10 million for 3 years...but because of his dumbass agent...he didn't take it...His agent though Spurs were not serious about the offer..and when they were still considering the offer..Spurs had a chance to get Hedo and Mercer..thats why Spurs decided not to bother waiting....Spurs wanted him back..and now Sjax will end up signing with Clippers or Hawks for likely less money....It is a dissapointing situation....

^ Yeah it is, but now they've got Hedo and Ginobili to take over from where he left off.
