First off the team doesn't have ENERGY everytime after a block by Deke or Yao they have no passion at all no scream and the guys face or laugh and i really think Yao should start doing the Finger Wag Deke used to do like a passing of the torch. We also need to RUN more it seems like we're only averaging 4 ppg on fast breaks I'd like to see McGrady driving to the basket on a 3 on 2 passing to the perimiter then a quick pass back for a driving dunk instead of taking 8 seconds off the clock waiting for Yao to get back down the court. If we can start using strategys like this Houston will be back above .500 and get to the playoffs.

Hold on....Why does Yao have to wag his finger after blocking a shot again? I get what you are saying though. The Rockets don't seem that cohesive as a unit as other teams such as the Suns and Sonics. They just don't seem to enjoy the game and each others company as much as other teams do. That has a really bad effect on their play

Well Jeff Van Gundy is not really known for having GREAT offensive sets. Just look at last year, he totally shut down Steve Francis' game with his anemic and slow ass half court sets. Now that he has T-Mac everything is supposed to be better right? Wrong.

That's their problem period right now. It doesnt matter if its against weak teams or good, its because of their offensive strategy, holes on our roster, and team chemistry. Taylor and Howard are struggling to get boards for our team, or in other words, are giving much effort. Meanwhile, the roster changes and lineup changes so far have just hurt us and our team chemistry. Nevertheless, something must be done whether its lineup change, strategy change, or player swappings.

Like Barkley and Greg Anderson said, we let the bad teams play with us by using the half court offense. We give their players time to rest, and dont use the speed that Barret, Tmac, and Lue have.

If I'm not mistaken... the finger waggin is actually a technical foul now?

You're joking!, thats stupid! anyways I get what you're saying, we're not taking advangtage of the speed we have on our team (Barret, Lue etc..) and the sad thing is, chances are Barret will be off once Ward comes back..

    You mean Greg Anthony?

Or did you mean Kenny Smith? Cuz I remember his little speech about how the Rockets reduce the possessions every game which lets bad teams hang around.
