    This is a complete waste of resources. Why is government trying to manipulate the real estate market anymore than it already has? It's ridiculous the amount of tax payer money they are throwing at this mess to keep homes overly inflated in value. Majority of people cannot afford the price tag, that's the bottomline. Unbelievable.

    These interferences could all royally fuck us all in the long run. You put substantial risk on the FDIC though backing mortgages from people that will historically default on them. What will happen will be nothing short of a whirlpool effect in a few years. Things will get really bad unless this thing is executed perfectly and assuming that most people who already can't afford their house magically start making enough money to afford their house. Yeah. Not going to happen.

    I wonder if the $5 million they're spending to chart this will include some KY for the reaming the country is due for.
