Gregg Marshall agreed to a contract extension that will keep him as coach of Wichita State through 2018, the school announced Thursday. Marshall's contract was extended with an automatic one-year rollover each year, athletic director Eric Sexton said. Previously, Marshall made $750,000 a year in a contract that ran through the 2013-14 season. "I believe coach Marshall has and will continue to coach Wichita State to be a national contender, and I want him to be here for a long time doing just that," Sexton said.
