"Mark Cuban is fond enough of Delonte West to invite the guard to a party at the billionaire's home. We know this because West gushed about Cuban's palatial estate on Twitter. West also raved about Cuban booking Jon Bon Jovi for the bash, playing the paparazzi role by tweeting a few photos. "Man I love Dallas!!" West wrote on his always entertaining @CharleeRedz13 account. There's a lot of love for the tough, versatile guard in Dallas, too, but that doesn't guarantee that West will return to the Mavs next season. If the Mavs' front office allowed emotions to impact business decisions, West would have never signed with Dallas in the first place. There wouldn't have been a need for him after re-signing J.J. Barea and DeShawn Stevenson (as well as Tyson Chandler and Caron Butler). As fond as the Mavs' front office and coaching staff is of West, he won't be a priority in free agency.
