I think so too, his game has been improving quickly these past 3 seasons and he is also just starting to get recognized for the work he is doing. 2-3 seasons sounds about right for him to get to the ASG.

If I was a homer I'd say yes but I'm not. I just can't seem him beating out some of the guys that make it every year. West has great swings and while I think Howard is a good player, he's not up there with Kobe, Tmac, Melo, Allen.

You can't be just a really good player from a decently sized city and make it. You have to be big name, and so far Josh just hasn't become that. I don't really even see how people could think that. Maybe in a few years, he could really break out, but not now.
Hm, I don't know if he will be a all-star player maybe some time in the ner futer but I will say one thing he is one great player and IMO a underrated player.
He has potential too.He is 25 so he has some time to make it. But he has to compete for the SF spot with KG,Marion,Tmac,Melo,Odom,Artest and maybe a little moreahead of him.
Josh Howard doesn't put up the stats needed to be a all star though he is very valuable to the mavericks. This team isn't the same without him.
Well I know if Tayshaun is making the All Star team, then Howard should...But you guys are right, it'd be too tough for him to make the all star team in the West...that's for sure.
