They've lost a ton of talent over the past few years and are overestimating their system. They need to get back to the basics of Good Drafting, and hiring or training his current ones into Quality Coordinators to replace the Coaches that he has lost.It's possible for them to work their way back up, but they're going downhill as of recently.
