    ...wouldn't surprise me. If they have an surplus at any minor league position, it's catcher.

    I like Murphy to. I was hoping they could trade Romine but they may have to package him with someone to get someone decent in return.

    I''ll bid on Murphy myself, with a guy like McCann to mentor him his stock can only go up. The Blue Jays Broadcast team made mention that Murphy is steadily becoming a favorite of Girardi.

    If they do trade a catcher, I'd like to see Romine of the 4 major-league ready (Brian McCann, Francisco Cervelli, John Ryan Murphy, and Austin Romine) traded before any other. I too like Murphy and McCann obviously won't be traded... so I feel it should be either Cervelli or Romine traded...

    And I too hope for a full time 3rd baseman
