It sounds sincere, but then again most speeches like that do. I'm not going to pretend like I know a lot about him; but I understood he seems to be a bit of a headcase who's a talented player If he can come in and provide some athleticism and some talent without causing a distraction then it seems to be a decent trade; Eddie Jones was providing nothing and who knows what could have been with the two late draft picks. Provide some competition for Green, Wright and Howard.
I'll wait til he proves something before I can judge him, cause until then it's like you said: Empty Promises.
