    The Washington Wizards today assigned Glen Rice to the Iowa Energy, the team's NBA Development League affiliate.

    The assignment is the 90th of the 2013-14 campaign and Rice becomes the 39th NBA player to be assigned to his NBA D-League affiliate this season.
