IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko was hospitalized earlier today for possible kidney stones in Germany. Klitschko complained of pain in his abdomen and was taken to the Duesseldorf hospital to get checked out.

According to AP, Wladimir’s manager Bernd Boente believes Wladimir is showing signs of renal colic, which is kidney stones. As of now, Wladimir’s scheduled fight against Jean Marc Mormeck is still on for December 10th.

However, that could change depending on the severity of the abdominal pains. Wladimir is expected to make short work of the 39-year-old Mormeck, but it could be difficult if Wladimir is fighting with abdominal pain.
