Man I wish I had a few more years out of college to put money in savings. I've got around 12k stashed in savings but am completely torn about my options. I am going to need a car in the next three months, looking at maybe trying to get into a house while prices are low, and now what is going to be one of the best buying opportunities in the market for a long time. Ughhh......
