I was watching the Brewers play the Nationals last night and the Nationals have a Wall of Fame in center field. On that wall (right above Art Monk) was none other than...Vince Lombardi! Vince, if you remember, coached the Redskins for a year or two (maybe three?) after leaving Green Bay. To me, that's just wrong...

That said, which player/coach moves to new teams were toughest for you to see? For me, I think of:

    Emmitt Smith to the Cardinals
    Bruce Smith to the Redskins
    Joe Montana to the Chiefs
    Reggie White to Carolina

I can think of a lot more, but what do you guys think? Worst team changes?

Jerry Rice leaving the 49ers to be a raider.

I notice no one's jumping on the "Randy Moss to the Raiders" bandwagon. I still think that was a smart move by Minnesota.

He did take the Chiefs to the playoffs and almost the Super Bowl, and the 49ers needed to get Steve Young on the field.

I never had a problem with Joe Cool heading to Kansas City [IMG]

Got us to the AFC Championship (in '94, I think) but that was during the Bills 4-year run, and they would not be denied.

I was a Chiefs fan back then, but Montana was my favorite QB to watch. DolfanDale called me and told me to turn on the news in my dorm room. I was ecstatic to see Joe holding up his Chiefs jersey. I guess it truly is all about perspective.

Watching Warren Moon waste away on the Kansas CIty sidelines in his last couple of years was sad though. I felt like he still could have outplayed Grbac (Probably still can!)

I'm surprised BearsFan1 hasn't chimed in with Jim McMahon and/or Steve McMichael playing for the Packers...

Me, too. Especially when he dropped that easy & sure TD pass in the Metrodome a few yrs back.

The ironic thing was it was probably Feidler's best pass ever as a Dolphin.

I may be grasping @ straws but it seems JF's career went downhill from there as well.
