Minnesota trades: Kevin Garnett and Mark Madsen

Bulls trade: Tim Thomas, Ben Gordon, 2006 Bulls 1st, 2008 Bulls 1st, Nocioni

Why this makes sense for Twolves? Twolves are trying to unload Garnett's contract. They get back 13 million in expiring. They get two draft picks. They get Ben Gordon who is a young player and had the chance to be a star. And they get Nocioni who is still young and can provide good numbers.

Yes, this trade may be farfetched, but I'd definately do it if I was in the Bulls position.

It's a decent trade for KG. If the TWolves want to rebuild they get 4 pieces plus cap space to get it done. The only hitch I see is Gordon plays the same position as McCants. Maybe swap Gordon for Sweetney and throw in a 2nd rounder as well from the Knicks?

I don’t know if I would do it. Garnett is a great player, but he is getting to the point in his career where it’s either win a title now or don’t win one at all. He is what 29/30 I don’t know if we can bring in Garnett, and with that alone become a eastern conference power house. Even with Garnett I still don’t think we would be at the level of a Detroit Pistons squad. So I would say hold on to our draft picks and continue to groom our young players.

Definetly wouldn't do it. KG is way too old.

We're the Baby Bulls guys and we're rebuilding from the ground up, let the T-Wolves keep old KG or put him somewhere else other than Chicago.
