I think she probably didn't commit a crime, but certainly can be sued. In the Erin Andrews case, he stalked her, may have committed several offenses. This idiot happened across the woman in the shower and did a stupid thing. I'm not sure what I the damages are. Pain and suffering, mental anguish?
