The Memphis Grizzlies today assigned NBA veteran Keyon Dooling and re-assigned rookie guard Tony Wroten to the Reno Bighorns, the Grizzlies' NBA Development League affiliate. The assignments are the record 173rd and 174th of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League season. Dooling becomes the record 57th individual NBA player to be assigned to the NBA D-League this season. Dooling (6-3, 195, Missouri) has appeared in only one game for Memphis this season and owns NBA career averages of 7.0 points, 2.2 assists and 19.5 minutes in 722 NBA games over 12 seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, New Jersey Nets, Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics and Grizzlies. Wroten (6-6, 208, Washington) has appeared in 33 games for Memphis this season, averaging 2.7 points, 1.3 assists and 8.0 Minutes. He returns to Reno having played in 10 games during previous assIgnments, when he averaged 15.7 points, 3.2 assists and 25.4 minutes.
