You have to try hard to make a replay call that bad.

It was a garbage call on the replay. I've seen less kicking motion in a soccer game.

As soon as Toronto idiots reversed the ref's
    call.............I said GAME OVER. Rangers
played a terrible 1st period. NHL mentality
power run small D men and that was what
happened on their 4th goal. Bruins stripped
    Hunwick on that goal.

Even with that the team was lackluster all game so it wouldn't have mattered. Lundqvist will need 2-3 games to shake the rust off but they didn't help him much. On the bright side Nash hit 40 for the first time here which is a good mark.

You can't win them all. Especially when teams playing you are playing for their playoff lives. That being said, a disgraceful effort when their starter just came back. You would have thought the team had more pride to play better for Hank in his first game back.

Montreal got whipped by Peg and beat Florida in OT. The Blues lost to CBJ last night and are 5-3-2 in their last 10. TB has lost two straight. The Hawks have lost back to back games.

It happens this time of year. No matter how much you try and get yourself pumped up, when you play teams desperate for points to make the playoffs OR teams playing out the string trying to be spoilers who are really into it and tryng to win (CBJ for example) you lose games because the other team wants it more. Just reality.

Finish ahead of TB in the East and behind only Montreal and I am fine.
Out West we'll be ahead of the Hawks and Kings. Maybe the Preds, Blues, and Ducks we could be behind, but I think we'll be ahead of at least one of those teams.

So if we finish 2nd in the East behind Montreal, and 3rd or 4th overall in the league, so be it. We are the best road team in the NHL, so I wouldn't sweat being at Montreal or Anaheim game 1.
