I turned the power button off and the xbox 360 moved a little bit and it made a scratching sound and there's a fu*kin ring on my 2k7 game. This is bullsh** and I am so pissed because I got this game a week ago..does anyone know how to fix it?
Did you move the 360 or what? How big is the ring? I'd try to go exchange it, but if not I can tell you a way to try and clean it (works for scratches), but only do it if you have no other choice because I never tried it for 360 games.
Return it. I have many times before back to Best Buy. They know theres a lot of problems so they just checked for the game and that was it.

Well having it vertically works fine if it's a in a place where it's out of trouble. With 2 little siblings, I wouldn't even try that.We don't have best buys here but almost every retail store needs the receipt when asking for a refund/exchaging.
Im pretty sure your going to need the receipt, proof that you bought it. They should give you another one for free, as long as it's still under warranty.
This happened to me like 3 teams. First time, I nudged it by accident with my leg, second time my mom picked up the Xbob well it was still on, and the 3rd time I left it on overnight, and it had a ring around it the next day. Fortunately though, the last one I mentioned still works...Just return it.
Im a lucky bastard. My Xbox 360 once fell standing up vertically while the game was running, fortunately no ring. Thats why I stick to horizontal.
I touched my Xbox 360 one time playing Fifa online, disc died now I have to wati half an hour for the disc to work.
Damn, bullsh**...When I got the xbox 360 I was happy and loved it but this made me think xbox sucks. this sh*t shouldn't happen, my 360 is in a cabinet so it can't fall because it's protected by the walls of the cabinet but this sh*t shouldn't be happening.BTW, I have no receipt so tomorrow I'm heading to blockbuster, renting 2k7, putting my broken 2k7 in their, keeping their 2k7, and playing it off like nothing happened.
EB Games or Gamestop will fix it for a small fee, I would wait a few days and see if it still has the ring.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>BTW, I have no receipt so tomorrow I'm heading to blockbuster, renting 2k7, putting my broken 2k7 in their, keeping their 2k7, and playing it off like nothing happened.</div>

The Blockbuster idea is worth a shot, but there is a chance they'll call you up and charge you for the "damaging the game" when the customer who rents it next complains that it isn't working. But even if they do, it'll be cheaper than going out and buying a brand new game anyway.
