Yakin Considering Move To England <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Swiss playmaker Hakan Yakin impressed on the European Championship stage for the co-hosts, and looks set to capitalise on his raised profile by securing a move abroad, reports Reuters. Yakin was one of Switzerland's successes although they exited Euro 2008 after the group matches. But the 31-year-old has an escape clause in his contract allowing him to move to a foreign club, Young Boys revealed in a statement issued today. The Berne club, who finished as runners-up in the Swiss league to Basel last season, said Yakin was now considering rival offers from Qatar and England. Yakin showed his versatility by deputising for Alex Frei after the Swiss captain was injured early in the first group game against the Czech Republic. Normally an attacking midfielder, emergency striker Yakin adapted smoothly to the role, scoring all three of Switzerland's goals in the tournament. This will probably be the player's last chance to earn a lucrative contract. He has previously played abroad on three occasions - for Paris St Germain, VfB Stuttgart and Turkish giants Galatasaray - but enjoyed only limited success. It remains to be revealed which particular clubs are interested in signing him now.</div>
Like last time when he moved clubs, it will only spell disaster in the end for him. He should stay at Young Boys.

No, I'm saying if he really wants to move and change the scenery a bit, then go to another team in Switzerland and try your luck there. lol

He'll likely leave Switzerland and then return a season or two later after a poor stay elsewhere.
