Hopefully Nova can follow-up on his solid performance.

That would be a huge boost to the staff.

We all know how good he can be but you have to expect ups and downs at first coming off that surgery. Lets just hope he can put together a good string of starts at first.

...yeah, to me, the key is for whatever staff they settle on, health is what will matter most...since we don't have what I'd called a true ace, we'll have good games and bad games from all of them...but again, just stay healthy.

Agree - hopefully the rotation can begin to roll along and bring this ERA down to a respectable level which should translate into more wins as long as the pen and offense remain steady.

It's unreal. Who do you trust to give the
    team good, consistent, winning starts.......
presently, not Tanaka, not Pineda, not
Eovaldi, definitely not Tubbo CC....it's too
early to make a comment on Nova,,,,the kid
in the bullpen has been consistent.
    What foolish idiots are Yankee
    management
    . Yipes!

We better take advantage of it. And btw: don't look now but if we lose Boston climbs up again to only being 6 out now. Last week they were 9 games out. Everybody seems to be inviting them to the party.

There has to be times when Met pitchers want to go into the clubhouse and start stabbing people.

I love this during the in game report from MM the only mention of Warren getting back into the rotation from Girardi would be if something goes wrong. H E L L O!!! something is wrong, and his name is CC Sabathia.

Nova has worked out of trouble in the first two innings. Needs some easier innings.

I think it's too close to overturn on replay.
