Oh look. It's CRapuano on the mound in a Yankee uniform and that is a damn disgrace.....on so many levels.
Nice DP, I seriously thought someone at ESPN put that in slo-mo, when Crappy caught the weak broken bat grounder, until Didi fired to 1st....
I miss those too, we had those in the many years I lived in Luzianna, both as a kid, then again from 98-01 1/2.......
So, the Yankees will move back to two games behind the Blue Jays in the loss column. I hope for an exciting series up in Toronto.
Lillie, what part of Fla. are you in???????? the summer I graduated from H.S. I hitch-hiked from here to Atlanta, picked up a good buddy, and headed for Fla. An un-believable summer. We partied like the fools we were, and saw all Fla., had to offer........ Some of the young ones on the board, were in disbelief, that we could go into any nightclub, bar, buy hard liquor at 18 back then. Is it still that way in Fla....?
Yes, after the Jays lost 2 of 3 to the Bosox, (which I didn't see coming, I don't think anyone did). I didn't think the Yanx could make the Mutts look like school kids either, my bad call. Now I see Tulo is out, for how long no one is saying.......The Yanx in fact are not out of the Pennant race at all, may the Yankee God's smile down upon them.......and bless them with good luck......
After listening to their fans after Friday night's game I'm glad they drubbed them these last two. Outscoring them 16-2.
Sabathia has been a September surprise, and I didn't think he'd ever be able to convert from a Fastball SP to a Finesse SP........ surprised all Yanx fans IMO........
I live in Sarasota.....just moved here from NY a few months ago. So I don't really know the lifestyle here just yet. You are just crazy Rob you have done it all.....lol
...^^^ Amen, the Mutts are not looking at all like a Team of Destiny, losing steam this late in the season @ 1-4 in the last 5 gms. No reason to worry? They did lose 7 straight in June, to the Jays, Braves, and Brewers......
I love Crazy always have.........always will...... Ironic because my dad has never had a sense of laughter, no thrills-no frills, stoic dude......Most of what I learned from my Father, was how not to be a Father, or how to LIVE life........
Sarasota, how do you like Fla thus far????? Edit: I forgot to say, now you can watch the Yanx in ST, eh, not but an hour or less away........?
Just remember. Good thing Harvey had a pitch count and out of the game....Yankees lucked out. Have some friends on west coast in St.Petersburg, Fort Myers and Naples. On the east coast West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale.
Love it Rob.... Can't stand NY weather. After 45 years I had enough of the snow and cold temps that last from fall through the spring. Yes an hour away from ST camp.
What was that old Mets Song "Meet the Mets, Meet the Mets, yada, yada. Yankees take both season series this year, yep that's the way we like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
