    DJ, who is normally calm and quiet could not believe that pitch was called a strike...it was 1/2 foot off the plate.

    As I mentioned earlier, Garcia's stuff is electric, "swing and miss" stuff...breaking ball that makes good hitters look bad and a very deceiving and late moving fastball.

    Once there's a book on him, hitters may eventually figure him out to a degree, but for now, he's sure fun to watch.

    Our old buddy and former Yankee (bot a dood one) Shreeve retires Wade with the bases juiced. Bases juiced opportunities have not fared well for this team.
