These Yankees have lost all their home series to 3 teams (Baltimore Detroit, ChiWS ) that are bad.
This in itself is a huge red flag. And it all stems from the questionable starting pitching, then add
the injuries, & the replacements, & a clueless manager, & a no show GM. What kind of roll will this
team go on? :ignore:

Yes, I was one of many fans who got optimistic with CC’s pitching
on Saturday. But it came to a screeching halt with Tanaka’s stinker
against the White Sox. There are too many ups & downs for this team
to go on a hot streak. :smiley-jumping:

The last cool thing the Yankees did against Boston was when the kicked ass in Fenway on the 100th Anniversary of that park. Maybe if this team has an equally piss por record during the remainder of this Home Stand, they'll fire that dumb butt field manager or hire Beltran as a coach to gibe Boner something to think about. Wait a minute, did I say think, damn.

O’s cruise against Pink Hatters 8-1. Yankees & Pink Hatters face off at the Stadium Tues & Wed.
Both teams under-performing. I’d say they are struggling and it all begins with the pitching.
Yankee manager & team were disgraced by RedSux at the Stadium during the playoffs. I wonder
if Boner has any memory of the “massacre”?

If the Bosox play like a bad team, the Yanx will play down to the competition and lose.
If the Bosox play like reigning World champs, the Yanx will play up to the competition then lose.
If lady luck intervenes, the Yanx just might win 1 of 3, only IF BaBoone doesn't find a way to fk it all up.

Bonehead should of never been given a job above the Single A Minor Lg level, cuz this is the JV and he still can't figure out how to manage.

Sale having a great year with a mind boggling 9.00 ERA and a 0/3 W-L record.

Paxton with a hot 6.00 ERA.

Yankees have lost nine of their first 15 contests, while Boston has dropped 11 of its first 17 games.

Paxton is 2-0 with a 2.49 ERA in four career starts vs. Boston.

Sale (0-3, 9.00 ERA) is off to the worst start of his career and is searching for answers. One issue has been the slider, which has typically been Sale's putaway pitch. The offering has lacked its usual bite so far this season, and that's a big thing Sale has been working on in between starts. The one thing Sale has going for him is his history against the Yankees, both in his career (1.61 ERA) in 17 career appearances.

Red Sox: Dustin Pedroia is ice cold since coming off the injured list. The second baseman is hitting .105. :biglaugh::evilfire::smiley-frozen:

Mookie Betts, is hitting .222.

Greg Bird has had trouble making contact, with 16 strikeouts in 35 at-bats.

Clint Frazier is 2-for-16 (.125) after notching nine hits in his first 21 at-bats (.429).

Brett Gardner is batting .190, and has played more than anticipated due to injuries

Tonight we see the Yankees play the Massholes from Boston. Will we see Lame Game James, the Big Maple, or a Weeping Willow. First time since 2005 that these teams have met for a series with both under .500 at game time.

And Wonder Boy Boner is still the manager probably the worst stat of all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bird has had that problem for quite some time as I remember, this could make him near the end of the line. Dude reminds me of Texeria, play well a while, ride the sick books, low perform on return and back to the IL or DL or whatever the hell they call it these days. Could be that Voit has that 1st Base job by default, not sure of how high Ford rates on the Yankees prospect chart. Hope he's not another Dan Pasqua.
