It’s back to work for many after the holiday break. And now that the Yankees have been shut out, it’s time that they get their hitting shoes on and take care of business.

I’m hoping ‘The Big Maple’ has straightened out on the mound. Just wish the dude could pitch into the 7th inning. We are into September....is that too much to ask? As long as he does not do ‘a Tanaka’..... that guy makes me a nervous wreck! Now there’s one guy who shows all his cards from the getgo.
Every time the Yankees play this Ranger team it brings back bad memories of the '10 ALCS. Yankees coming off an '09 Championship and getting their asses kicked by a bunch of Arlington Goat Ropers. All the BS about how Hughes liked to pitch and A-hole liked to hit down there. Then listening to Jackie Autry say the Yankees were afraid of "Junkie" Josh Hamilton. When this team shows up for tonights game the goal should be to make up for that ass whipping they got yesterday.
Texas Rangers have nothing to lose......at this stage of the baseball season.....this type sports team is probably the toughest to play against. Whatever they do positively becomes ammunition and motivation against the better team. Which raises the question......why will the Yankees demonstrate frustration early in these games. Remember the Yankees have come from behind in a game 41 times this year. That’s a helluva lot of comeback victories. This game may be another one of those 2019 crazy games.
Lillie, with all the good news you state on this board, Yankee management should put out a mandate that the team must win on your birthday! Enough of their bullshit. Oh, BTW.....the Yankees magic number is down to 14. I think.
Paxton is getting better support from his cup than his team mates. Come on offense, get off of your dead asses and support that pitcher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
