It is hard to believe the lowest payroll baseball team has remained competitive. TB Payroll $63 Million A's are the 6th lowest Payroll at $93 Million. Both fighting for the Wild Card. With 94 wins they would both be the third best teams in the National League. It was great to see Harper and the Phillies eliminated (yesterday) from the playoffs by his homeboys in DC.
