Judge is showing himself to be susceptible to the breaking ball and also the outside pitch. He needs to keep himself in more hitters counts.
...yeah, and he needs to learn that he doesn't have to try to hit the ball 500 feet every time...it's OK to be looking for a certain first pitch to hammer but once he gets 2 strikes on himself he need to cut his swing down and just try to make contact. ...19 SOs in 42 ABs ain't gonna get it.
Worried about Judge. I know he's still young and it's possible he could evolve into a .280-.300 hitter but my biggest concern is not necessarily having a "high" BA but how low he'll eventually level off at AND more importantly, his power output. He should be able to pop a few HRs while he's struggling just from mistake pitches and bad location from mediocre SP. The Yanks should go with him and Austin the rest of the way and have them fight their way out of it, or live with it. Judge needs to eventually become an ".800" OPS guy. He's always going to strikeout but he needs to reach the. 800 OPS level - That's his magic number, imo. I think he'll hit tonight and will be surprised if he doesn't put a couple of good swings on pitches.

Pineda is useless, why don't they try putting the Idiot in the Bullpen and see if he can get his Shit together.

Just what the Yanks needed after yesterday's disappointing loss, being put in a 3-0 hole in the 1st inning. Pineda is what he is- an inconsistent SP with an ERA over 5. Now he needs to be throw zeros the rest of the game or the Yanks will need 5-6 runs just to break even.
